In this section, advertisers (suppliers) as well as users (interested parties or customers) can find answers to frequently asked questions regarding WINDSOURCING.COM. In order to improve this service we welcome any further questions or suggestions!
Question: What should I do if I forgot my password?
Answer: If you can’t remember your password then simply click on “registration” and then on the link “forgotten password”. After entering your email address your password will be sent directly to your Email.
Question: What happens if my product offer doesn’t fit into a relevant category?
Answer: Simply E-Mail or call WINDSOURCING.COM. As soon as you advise us which category you believe is most suitable, we can upload it onto the website.

Question: How long does it take for my account to be activated?
Answer: After registering for an account at WINDSOURCING.COM you will be sent a confirmation email, whereby you can activate your account by simply clicking on the link. To protect your personal data your account only becomes active after clicking on this link. After that, you can immediately log in.
Question: When uploading numerous products, must I always have to upload my contact details each time?
Answer: No, after registering your company in the company directory or after uploading your first product offer your contact details will automatically be added to each additional offer you upload.
Question: Can I update a product offer or company profile once it has been uploaded on the website?
Answer: At any time you can log in and adjust whatever changes you wish to make. If you wish the WINDSOURCING.COM team to adjust anything, please get in touch.
Question: How can I upload a large volume of product offers on the website, without entering all personal data?

Question: I have uploaded data, but it doesn’t appear on the website. Why does this occur?
Answer: Between Monday and Friday, from 09:00 – 18:00 it only takes a matter of minutes for the data to be activated online. Every entry is checked by the WINDSOURCING.COM team and after approval, activated. If you however, attempt to upload data outside of the mentioned times, the data will not be uploaded until the following work day. If WINDSOURCING.COM, by any chance has any questions in regards to the data, we shall be in touch as soon as possible.
Question: How can I delete my product offer off of WINDSOURCING.COM?
Answer: Your product offer is active for 3 months. After 3 months the product offer will be automatically deactivated. If you wish to extend the length of time the product is online for, you can extend the offer in your WINDSOURCING.COM account. Customers can easily delete the offer by themselves. Simply login and click on “My product offers” and then click on the corresponding offer you wish to delete and then finally click on “deactivate”. You can also contact us to inform WINDSOURCING.COM of the product offer you wish to remove from the website and we can deactivate the product offer on your behalf.
