Packaging unit: 1 AC and AC/DC current monitoring modules WAS/WAZ1/2 CMA with analogue output and external supply The WAS/WAZ1 CMA measure single-phase 50/60 Hz AC currents up to max. 10 A according to the transformer principle (RMS). The input can be selected in the 1/5/10A range via DIP switches. 1-phase AC or DC currents up to max. 60 A can be measured with the AC/DC current monitoring modules WAS/WAZ2 CMA, depending on the version. The input sensitivity can be set in 2 or 3 ranges via DIP switches. The current is measured according to the True-RMS Hall sensor principle. The conductor is not permanently connected, but is routed directly through the device. This measuring method is insensitive to continuous overcurrents, current peaks and high starting currents. AC currents with frequencies up to 1 kHz can be measured with an accuracy of 1 % (final value). The WAS/WAZ1/2 CMA monitoring modules provide standardized DC current / voltage signals that can be switched on the output side. Input and output circuits are safely isolated with 4 kV. The 24 VDC supply voltage is fed in via the output (WAS/WAZ1 CMA) or the input (WAS/WAZ2 CMA). The devices are integrated in the 22.5 mm wide WAVEBOX housing and optionally available with screw or tension clamp connection technology. The supply voltage can be bridged on the module side via pluggable bridges ZQV 2.5N.
