Kema 25285 ZN-595 COLD GALVANIZER against corrosion on all metal surfaces, even whitout after treatment, offers all the benefits of hot dip galvanizing and provides a smooth, uniform coating suitable for painting. Use for surface care of metal and galvaanized parts and to repair scratches on galvanized surfaces. Suitable for use in pipe bendings, heat exchangers, oil coolers and on other types of equipment that are exposed to thermal changes as well as fettings on steel constructions, drill holes and welds in connection whit grating and steel constructions.

Kema Zn-595 has the same properties as hot-dip galvanizing, providing corrosion protection on all clean metal surfaces. It creates a strong surface suitable for painting or coating and also offers rust protection without any post-treatment.

Applications include surface treatment of hot-dip galvanized parts, repair of scratches on galvanized surfaces (see DIN 50976), cavity sealing, underbody protection, and general corrosion prevention.

It is used for soundproofing systems, exhaust and air systems, intake manifolds, pipe bends, heat exchangers, and oil coolers. Kema Zn-595 provides cathodic protection in corrosive environments and can withstand sudden, extreme thermal stress up to +500 °C.

Suitable for use on steel structures, drilled holes, and weld seams in grid structures, steel buildings, steel doors and frames, garage doors, steel facades, guardrails, bridges, and other demanding steel constructions.

Ideal for outdoor piping systems and as a primer for repairs across all industries, including automotive, agriculture, aviation, shipbuilding, and machinery.
