Electronic torque & angle wrench for quality/analysis applications, allows control of fastening including curve evaluation directly on the wrench for analysis and quality assurance purposes. The unique feature of the E-Torc QR is that the display unit is separated from the actual torque-angle wrench and connected via cable. This enables higher precision, especially at low torque values, during fastening. Controlled torque tightening in the range of 1.5-12 N·m, achieving the highest industrial standards through extreme precision. Supports all common measurement methods (torque, angle, yield point, further turning (VDI compliant), loosening and re-tightening, process plans). The large internal memory can store up to 9,999 measurement data and curves. Data can be wirelessly transmitted via WLAN or via USB cable. The E-Torc QR can also be equipped with work plans and images for operator guidance, sending measurement data back via WLAN. Work plans can be initiated through the menu or via the integrated 2-D scanner (optional). Optionally, integration with CAQ systems can be enabled. The 4.3" touch display is glare-free and high-contrast, allowing intuitive and fast operation. Due to the large display, measurement data can be retrieved, fastening curves overlaid, and evaluated directly on the wrench. Signaling is visual (display), haptic (vibration), and acoustic (beep). The display unit can be placed on the work surface using the table stand or worn on the body with the belt clip. A powerful lithium-ion battery ensures long runtime and lifespan (no memory effect). Factory calibrated with a factory calibration certificate according to GEDORE standard GTTWN001, traceable to national standards. Calibration according to DKD-R 3-7, including calibration certificate with accreditation symbol (optional). Execution: 6 N·m calibration according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2 Type I Class E. Different insertion tool dimensions programmable. Free evaluation PC software included.
