ALEXIT® BladeRep® Profile Filler 3

Solvent-free 2-component filler on polyurethane basis for repairing defects in GRP substrates. The non-porous filler hardens to a surface that can be easily sanded. ALEXIT® BladeRep Profile Filler 3 is a solvent-free 2-component filler based on polyurethane. It has been developed for the large-area repair of GRP substrates and has good drawing and sanding properties.

Application: For filling and repairing damaged areas on rotor blades of wind turbines.

Mixing ration* Empty hardener completely basic material and mix both thoroughly
Pot life 5 - 10 min at 23 °C
Processing with spatula
Yield approx. 0.35 m²/set at 500 µm TSD
Drying time before sanding Manual grinding after 2 hours at 23 °C
Machine grindable after 3 hours at 23 °C
