Carloflex is a gray, white or black 1-component polyurethane sealant and adhesive with good durability and UV stability. The sealant is fast drying, elastic and can be overpainted with most paint systems.
With 2K acrylic systems, wet-on-wet overcoating is possible.
Alcohol-containing paints or alkyd resin paints impair curing.

Carloflex is used for bonding and sealing in various industrial sectors such as bus and truck construction, caravans and shipbuilding. The material adheres to primed and painted metals, hard plastics (GRP, hard PVC), wood and glass. It is suitable for sealing overlap and expansion joints in the visible area for exterior and interior use in commercial vehicle construction. For difficult substrates, we recommend an adhesion test before application. Special primers (adhesion promoters) are available.
