For a smooth and uniform finish on precision electronic parts when polishing fibre optics and in precision lapping operations, use 3M Lapping Film 262X. Our lapping sheets are made up of precisely graded aluminium oxide particles coated on a 3mil polyester film. The tight particle distribution offers a more consistent cut rate and finish, and the resin is softer compared to other aluminium oxide products. Choose from discs, sheets or rolls in a 1.0 micron grade
