3M™ Wind Tape Adhesion Promoter W9910 - Pint/ 473 ml. 3M™ Wind Tape Adhesion Promoter W9910 is designed to enhance the initial adhesion of 3M™ Wind Protection Tape in certain situations.

3M™ Wind Tape Adhesion Promoter W9910 strengthens the initial adhesion of 3M™ Wind Tape. Recommended for surfaces such as polyurethane paint, epoxy primers and composites as well as for bonding tape edges, especially in restricted areas.

3M Wind Tape Adhesion Promoter W9910 is used in the following situations:

• To tack down the edges of the tape, especially in curved areas, where the tape may be tented.
