2-component, highly pigmented, zinc dust-rich, low-solvent epoxy resin-based primer coating for steel. Low solvent content according to the guideline of the German Paint Industry Association for corrosion protection and coating materials (VdL-RL 04).

Application
Robust corrosion protection for steel with durable decorative effect. Primarily for bridges, pipelines, tanks, industrial and port facilities, sewage treatment plants as well as large machines, in aggressive atmospheres, in water, seawater and wastewater areas. Excellent also for stationary processing as transportable primer coating. SikaCor® Zinc R can also be used as a weldable production coating at film thicknesses of 20 µm. An expert opinion from the Duisburg Welding Training and Testing Institute dated October 6, 1988 is available.
