Achieve a good polished finish in fibre optics and metallurgic applications, with 3M Lapping Film 461X, our superior films for silicon carbide related polishing. Our films are made up of tightly packed and precisely graded silicon carbide particles, coated on a 3mil polyester film. The tightly packed particles offer a more consistent cut rate and finish. Choose from discs, sheets and rolls, in 5.0, 9.0, 15.0, and 30.0 micron grades.
