3M Screenprinting Standard Half Tone Base 1997 (3.78 liters)

These high performance, opaque inks are formulated for use on selected 3M Graphic Films. Available in line and four color processes, the inks are fast drying, weather resistant and have excellent color retention for multicolor graphics. It has superior exterior performance on difficult application surfaces.
