3M Flexible Air Sealing Tape 8067E - FAST F, Tan, 50 mm x 25 m, 0.25 mm

3M Flexible Air Sealing Tape 8067E - FAST F has a unique acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive that aggressively sticks and stays stuck both at lower and higher application temperatures than traditional flashing tapes. Our tape even adheres to damp surfaces and can be installed at temperatures as low as -20 °C and as warm as +50 °C. Compatible with many building sealants, it has no adverse reaction with synthetic rubber, butyl, polyurethane, silicone and silane terminated hybrid sealants. The split release liner provides fast application with easy and accurate positioning of the tape. Application ideas: • Sealing around openings and joints in building applications • Sealing of penetrations and window joints in exterior walls • Sealing of feedthroughs for cables • When installed properly as a concealed flashing in vertical walls in frame construction, it prevents moisture intrusion and avoids the problems caused by water infiltration • Seaming air and vapour membranes • Taping gaps and penetrations to stop free air flow
