3M Microfinishing Film Sheet 268L uses a special micron graded aluminium oxide mineral coated on to a high strength polyester backing 3 mil in thickness. Our self-adhesive 268L film offers a fast cut and precise, uniform finish on a wide range of surfaces.

Use 3M Microfinishing Film Sheet 268L with random orbital sanders and polishers on a wide variety of materials. Our 268L film sheet can be used when the best finishes are needed. It offers precise and fast cutting and features micron sized particles of aluminium oxide mineral in a much tighter distribution than normal, to create exceptionally consistent finishes. It can be used for automotive components. This film sheet is available in a grade range of 9, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100 microns. It comes in PSA and plain form. The maximum available width is 34”.
