Replace the ratchet suspension and plastic sweatband on your hard hat with 3M Ratchet Suspension, G2N. Our replacement ratchet suspension cradle is designed for all 3M Hard Hats, except the X5000-Series. It snaps easily into place to provide all the comfort and easy adjustability of the original system. The adjustment system provides simple and secure size adjustment for head sizes from 54-63 cm.
