Our 3M Thinsulate Acoustic Insulation TAI2099 is engineered specifically for automotive sound absorption in a very thin, lightweight mat material. With an overall thickness of just 8 mm and a basis weight of 200 g/m2, this material features excellent compressibility and recovery. It is suitable for narrow applications with very tight tolerances.
