Repacor SW-1000 (AB) (former SikaCor SW 1000 RepaCor, SikaCor® SW-1000 RepaCor) is an abrasion resistant, innovative 2-component coating / filler for touch-up or repair on damaged coating surfaces on steel. Solvent-free according to the guideline of the German Paint Industry Association for corrosion protection coating materials (VdLRL 04).
APPLICATION
Corrosion protection in onshore and offshore applications (wind turbines), in hydraulic steel structures (lock gates, sheet pile walls, etc.) or plant construction/steel superstructures where a simple, high-quality, long-lasting repair coating is required.

- Diffusion-tight, impact and abrasion resistant
- Platelet-shaped glass flakes increase strength
- Very high color stability
- Can be overcoated with 2 K-PUR top coats if required
TESTS
- Tested in accordance with ISO 20340, certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Applied Materials Research (IFAM), Bremen.
- Color approval according to WSA-TR05 is available
