ALEXIT® BladeRep® Pore Filler 6

Solvent-free 2-component porous filler based on polyurethane for surface sealing before coating with LEP 9 or Topcoat 12, especially suitable for filling craters and defects in GRP substrates. The cured Pore Filler has good sandability.

Mixing ratio* Empty hardener completely into basic product and mix both thoroughly
Pot life 5 - 10 min at 23 °C
Processing with putty knife
Yield approx. 2.0 m²/set at 100 µm TSD (use as fine filler)
Drying time before sanding Can be sanded manually after 2 hours at 23 °C
Machine grindable after 3 hours at 23 °C
